Equipment Prep – Technician
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing team responsible for producing high-quality animal health vaccines in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the technical subject‑matter expert, mentoring and training operators on advanced procedures, equipment, and cGMP best practices.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex process and equipment issues while driving process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and safety.
- Support cGMP compliance by reviewing batch records, participating in deviation investigations, and implementing CAPAs.
- Monitor and analyze real‑time process data to ensure operations remain within validated parameters and inform decision‑making.
- Partner with leadership to coordinate and deliver training while supporting operational scheduling needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in microbiology or related scientific field; or associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or high school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Experience: Biological, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environments with exposure to cGMP operations and production equipment.
- Experience operating biological manufacturing equipment such as tanks, drums, autoclaves, valves, filters.
- Experience working with ERP or electronic inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of biological organisms and vaccine manufacturing processes.
- Experience authoring SOPs, deviation reports, and manufacturing documentation.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with experience supporting LEAN initiatives.

Fort Dodge, IA – On‑site work. - Work Schedule:
1st Shift – Tuesday through Friday, 6:00AM – 4:30PM.
