As a Production Supervisor, you’ll coordinate all first-line management functions related to production planning, production output, equipment maintenance, people management, quality, and safety. • Oversee supervision of hourly employees in the pet food processing department.
• Manage and execute weekly production schedules.
• Coach integrated work groups to achieve results based on the factory’s continuous improvement plan.
• Ensure products are produced in compliance with key quality checkpoints and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Lead by example by enforcing a safe working environment for associates.

Must be available to work nights on a 2/2/3 schedule

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
• 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $63,000 – $106,000. Pay is a good‑faith estimate at the time of posting and final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
