Production Supervisor

Position Summary

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the coordination of all first‑line management functions regarding production planning, production output, equipment maintenance, management of people, quality, and safety. • Oversee supervision of hourly employees in the pet food processing department.
• Manage and execute weekly production schedules.
• Coach integrated work groups to achieve results based on the factory’s continuous improvement plan.
• Ensure products are produced in compliance with key quality check points and within Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Support Total Performance Management (TPM).
• Lead by example and enforce a safe working environment for associates.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
• 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
• Must be available to work nights on a 2/2/3 schedule.

The approximate pay range for this position is $63,000 - $106,000. Nestlé offers performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401(k) with company match, healthcare coverage and other benefits.
