As a Production Associate, you will operate and monitor semi-automated production equipment, assist with packaging and palletizing, and help keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. ** initiative### What You’ll Do – Production Associate Responsibilities As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
* Operate and monitor semi-automated
** manufacturing equipment
** to support efficient production and consistent product quality.
* Monitor machine operation and ensure materials are fed accurately into production equipment.
* Operate semi-automated palletizing equipment to stack finished products safely and efficiently.
* Assist with packaging, material handling, and other manufacturing production activities.
* Perform clean-up duties, part sorting, and general production support tasks to maintain an organized and productive work area.
* Serve as a relief operator when needed to support production line operations.
* Follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.
* Complete training to become a
** Certified Forklift Driver, Palletizer Operator, and Packaging Operator**.
* Develop new skills and work toward ongoing training and advancement opportunities.
