• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting*
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support*
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in condition*
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient care needs*
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents*
• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care while promoting dignity and respect*
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members*
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal healthcare regulations

• Active Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required*
• High school diploma or GED required*
• Current BLS certification*
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening*
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills*
• Previous long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

• Starting pay at $22/hour*
• Full‑time, stable hours with 4x8 or 5x8 schedule flexibility*
• Evening shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM*
• Every other weekend requirement*
