Job Summary
Wolfe Eye Clinic has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse in Fort Dodge, IA. This 4‑day a week position will travel to other clinics with the Retina teams during daytime hours.
Responsibilities- Rooming patients
- Administering injections
- Assisting physicians with exams
- Triaging phone calls and responding to tasks
- Scribing for the physician
- Maintaining electronic medical records
- Performing insurance pre‑authorizations
- Other clinical duties as needed
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Remain organized
- Learn and adapt quickly
- Maintain excellent communication
- Current Iowa nursing license required; clinical nursing experience preferred
Daytime travel within Iowa is required. When traveling outside your base clinic, travel time will be compensated and mileage reimbursed.
