Shift: (3) 12-hour night shifts per pay period + every 3rd weekend

As a Registered Nurse in the CCU, you’ll play a vital role in managing complex cardiac patients, using advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking to guide care from assessment through evaluation. Responsibilities- Provide safe, reliable, and evidence-based patient care in a dynamic critical care environment
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Implement and evaluate care using the nursing process and best practices
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Apply specialized knowledge across psychological, social, physical, and biological sciences
Education:
- Graduate of accredited nursing program required
- BSN degree preferred
Experience:
- Prefer one (1) year of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Possess current RN licensure in the State of Iowa or compact state
- Maintain Current BLS Certification
