CNA All Shifts

Overview

Marian Home is accepting applications for all shifts, Full Time and Part Time hours available. We are flexible with school schedules. There is a new wage scale and shift differential.

• Must be listed in good standing as a CNA on the Iowa State Direct Care Workers Registry.
• Will carry out assigned duties under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.

• CNA certification and current good standing on the Iowa State Direct Care Workers Registry.

• Tuition assistance for St. Edmond Catholic School in Fort Dodge, which pays half tuition for each child attending Saint Edmond for employees who work 20 or more hours per week.
• 401K and Roth with employer contributions, short and long term disability, PTO, cafeteria plan, dental, medical, and life insurance to employees working 30 hours or more per week.
• We also consider Easter as a holiday and provide free lunch and supper for employees working that shift that day.

Our Director of Nursing has worked for Marian Home for 19 years and our Administrator for 31 years. Together they bring strong skill sets and experience that promote a culture of learning and a resident centered approach to care.
