Travel CNA Contract Fort Dodge, Iowa 13-Week Assignment | Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care

Connected Health is partnering with a well-established skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Fort Dodge, Iowa, to hire compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a 13-week travel contract.

• Contract Length: 13 weeks*
• Location: Wall Lake, IA*
• Setting: Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care*
• Shifts Available: Evening and Night shifts*
• Start Date: ASAP

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming*
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff*
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents*
• Maintain a clean and safe environment*
• Follow care plans and facility protocols

• Active CNA certification (Iowa or compact state preferred)*
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings*
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team*
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills*
• Reliable and professional
