• Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions

• Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education

• Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care

• Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes

• Document visits in Next Gen EMR on a company-issued iPad

• Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required )

• 2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training (preferred)

• Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred)

• BLS certification required ; ACLS preferred

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings

Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $22,000-$34,000 per day per week worked (e.g., 1 day/week = $22,000-$34,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $110,000-$170,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance.
