We’re looking for a dedicated Tasting Room Manager to lead our tasting room operations and help showcase the best of our winery. From grape to bottle, we take pride in producing wine made 100% from Iowa-grown grapes. Our tasting room is not just a place to enjoy wine but also a hub for live music, special events, and unforgettable moments.

• Managing tasting room staff, including scheduling, training, and providing leadership to ensure a welcoming and knowledgeable team.
• Creating an inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy wine tastings, live music, and special events.
• Overseeing inventory management and ensuring the tasting room is well-stocked and organized.
• Collaborating with the team to promote wine sales across wholesale, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and retail channels.
• Coordinating with event planners and staff to ensure seamless execution of events and venue rentals.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of our wines and sharing that knowledge with guests and staff.

• 3+ years of experience in a hospitality, retail, or management role (wine industry experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and events effectively.
• A passion for wine and the ability to share that enthusiasm with others.
