1st shift: 7am-3:30pm, optional 4-day workweek schedule: 7am-5:30pm 2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm includes $3/hr shift differential

• Perform maintenance and repairs on the company's private fleet of trucks and trailers.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair work to ensure operational efficiency.
• Accurately complete work orders, maintenance records, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality service standards and fleet uptime.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Hands-on mechanical experience in diesel, automotive, agricultural (AG), or military equipment maintenance preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Candidates are required to provide their own tools (tool assistance program available).
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred, but not mandatory.

Salary: $21.50-$35/hr

• Additional $3.00 per hour shift differential for second shift employees.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid as follows:
• $500 after 30 days
• $500 after 90 days
• $1,000 after 180 days
• Weekly payroll distributed every Friday.
