- Maintain all plant systems, including facilities, unloading, processing, packing, and warehouse operations
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems
- Troubleshoot electrical control systems, including motors and PLCs
- Use multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators
- Repair gear reducers, belt and screw conveyors, chain elevators, and packaging equipment
- Maintain wastewater systems, boiler operations, cooling towers, and general building needs
- Complete predictive maintenance, including vibration analysis and oil sample collection
- Promote machine reliability and process improvements while working safely
- High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR vocational certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechatronics OR completed 2-year technical degree
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends

Demonstrates expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on predictive maintenance and process improvements. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and ensuring machine reliability in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
