• Lead the daily operations and compliance of Housing Rental Assistance Programs.
• Supervise, mentor, and support program staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Oversee client services, including housing assessments, application review, and referrals to community resources.
• Maintain program integrity through accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations.
• Collaborate with community partners and internal programs to improve access to stable housing opportunities.

• High school diploma required;
  Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with housing programs, community resources, or low-income populations preferred.
• NSPIRE and HMIS certification, or the ability to obtain certification.
