Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (Front-End Days)

Fort Dodge, IA 12-Hour Shifts | Sunday-Tuesday, 7:30am-7:30pm (3 consecutive days)

Looking for a meaningful career with stability, purpose, and growth? One Vision is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our new 12-hour night shift schedule in Fort Dodge homes.

This schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind
-3 nights on, then the rest of your week free!

As a DSP, you'll make a direct impact every shift, helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their most independent, fulfilling lives.

As a DSP, you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a mentor, coach, and supporter. Each shift, you'll:

• Provide support with daily living needs (meals, hygiene, housekeeping, and medications).
• Encourage independence, self-confidence, and personal growth.
• Support community involvement and recreational activities.
• Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and events.
• Keep clear and accurate documentation using electronic systems.
• Assist with finances, grocery shopping, and household responsibilities.

• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license & auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support mobility as needed.
• Comfortable using a computer/device for documentation.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Willing to complete required job training and certifications.
