Description

Aquatic Maintenance - Position must be able to climb and descend ladders and steps. Job duties range from general cleaning, turf management, water chemistry, and other related tasks. Applicants must be 16 years of age t be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Starting Wage: $11.37+

Cashier - Requires excellent verbal communication and customer service with patrons at Harlan Rogers and Rosedale Rapids. Individuals must be proficient at counting back change, able to enforce complex rules and policies, and possess computer skills. Cashiers at Rosedale Rapids are required to have CPR/First Aid and are also Slide Attendants. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Concessionaire - Position requires excellent verbal communication and customer service with patrons at Harlan Rogers and Rosedale Rapids. Individuals must be proficient at counting back change, using a variety of food preparation equipment, adhere to strict food preparation standards, and possess computer skills. Applicants 16 years old preferred. Must be able to lift 15 pounds.

Starting Wage: $10.28+

Community Recreation - These individuals will deal directly with participants, parents, and the public. They have the responsibility of teaching and/or coaching designated sports and activity skills and officiating recreational sport scrimmages. This position requires excellent verbal communication and customer service with all ages. May be required to open facilities, set up equipment, enforce facility, and program rules. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Hours vary with seasoned sports and activities. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Harlan Rogers Maintenance - Position requires the ability to perform extensive manual labor, turf management practices, such as mowing and weed eating, maintenance and upkeep of facilities, and the ability to run various small equipment. Must be able to work both individually and with others in a team setting. Excellent communication skills. Must be 16 years of age t be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Lakeside Clubhouse - Position requires verbal communication and customer service with patrons. Individuals must be proficient at counting back change, using a variety of food preparation equipment, adhere to strict food preparation standards, possess computer skills. Will be responsible for overseeing activity on the golf course, ensuring players follow established rules, pace-of-play guidelines, and safety procedures. Addresses issues promptly and reports any concerns to management as needed.

Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment by routinely cleaning work areas, safely storing equipment, and following all sanitation and safety guidelines. Applicants 18 years old preferred. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

Lifeguard - Position requires current Red Cross LGT/AED/First Aid/CPR certification or ability to attain certification before working. Individuals must possess excellent communication skills, team leadership qualities, precise decision-making ability, and thorough knowledge/application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques. Swim Lesson teaching experience preferred. Applicants must be at least 15 years old. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
