CDL A Drivers Earn $2190/WK & Home Weekly with Rider and Pets Welcome (Full Time)

Class A drivers with one year of verifiable experience in the last three years are invited to earn a guaranteed salary plus extra pay per shipment, enjoy home weekly, and receive benefits starting after 60 days. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year.

• Drivers pick up loads at DC in IA; trailers are preloaded, and drivers hook and go.
• Daily salary of $215 plus $300 for each trailer unloaded. Drivers average 900–1,200 miles per week and complete 3 loads.
• Deliveries involve making 2–4 stops per trailer and unloading boxes (1–35 lbs) onto conveyor belts; inventory and merchandising are handled by store personnel.
• Drivers receive a 34‑hour on‑call allowance; after each delivery they return to DC for the next load.
• Company pays for transportation, hotel, and meals; drivers are paid $85 per day for orientation.
• Three to five days of paid training at $215 per day. After training, a rider and a pet are allowed.
• Full benefits—medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more—begin after 60 days.

• Must reside in one of the following states: AR, IL, MO, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS.
• Within 200 miles of Memphis, TN; within 200 miles of Marquette, MI; either 200 miles east or north of Shreveport, LA; either 200 miles west or north of Jackson, MS.
• Minimum 21 years old and one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
• CDL must be valid in state of residence at application.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the past three years.
• No more than two DOT‑recordable accidents in the last three years, excluding major traffic violations, preventable rear‑end incidents, and rollovers.
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent job for any reason.
• May have one of the following moving violations in personal vehicle in the last three years (but none in commercial vehicle):
  High‑speed (15+), reckless, following too closely, texting or using handheld device.
• Cannot have the above listed violations in a commercial vehicle.
