System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. Drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals across the western United States.

Full-time drivers earn weekly pay ranging from $1,171.40 to $2,106.07, or annually from $60,912.97 to $, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service. Additional accessorial compensation may include tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed OTR rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile.

Transition package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks.

• Home time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off
• Routes: OTR (Over-The-Road) and regional
• Equipment:
  Flatbed trucks equipped with lane departure & forward collision warning, hard brake monitoring, satellite communication, 24/7 road service.
• Pet policy:
  No pets allowed; riders aged 7+ allowed after 90 days of safe driving

• Valid Class A CDL
• Age 21 or older
• Safe driving record on the road
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
• Minimum 4+ months of driving experience
• Background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
• Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience
