At Choctaw Premier Services (CPS), we support the Department of Defense Transition Assistance Program (TAP), a mission critical program that helps Service Members and their families prepare for life after military service. We are looking for a CONUS (Continental United States) Liaison Officer (LNO) to provide enterprise level analytical and coordination support to Regional Managers and Program leadership.

In this role, you will help transform program data into clear, actionable reporting that strengthens oversight, identifies trends, and supports informed decision making across assigned regions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enterprise Data & Trend Analysis:

  • Consolidate, analyze, query, and report TAP program information from approved systems of record and authorized data sources.
  • Provide regional trend analysis to support Regional Manager oversight and Government visibility.
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc analytical products that support enterprise situational awareness.
  • Review authorized system data to identify performance patterns, risks, or anomalies.
  • Elevate findings through appropriate Regional Manager and PMO channels.
  • Provide trend summaries to the Regional Manager and PMO.

Event Outcome Analysis:

  • Analyze event data from Government led or installation led hiring events, employment summits, virtual hiring events, and career days.
  • Report metrics including number of employers, participant counts, interview activity, and reported offers and hires when available.
  • Provide trend summaries to the Regional Manager and PMO.

Customer Service & Compliance Monitoring:

  • Monitor execution of TAP customer questionnaires including entry, exit, and follow up surveys.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction trends across Education, Technical Training, Employment, and Entrepreneurship tracks.
  • Identify systemic issues or emerging trends for Regional Manager awareness.
  • Collect and analyze regional data related to VOW Act and Career Readiness Standards execution.
  • Identify timeliness or compliance trends and provide summarized findings for Government visibility.

Information Flow & Reporting Support:

  • Facilitate structured information flow among the PMO, Regional Managers, FTSTs, and the Virtual Center as directed.
  • Support preparation of regional briefs, dashboards, and analytical summaries.
  • Assist in maintaining enterprise situational awareness.
  • Perform other analytical or coordination duties consistent with the Performance Work Statement and not inherently governmental in nature.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Organizational Management, Training and Development, Human Resources Management, Counseling, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related discipline. (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree consistent with contract requirements.)
  • Ability to work varied hours: Schedule will be determined based on the time zones of employees located on both East and West coasts and will require availability outside standard business hours when necessary.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Career counseling support
    • Transition services
    • Workforce development
    • Program analytics or reporting
    • Military personnel services
    • Data monitoring and performance reporting
    • Applicants must be United States citizens and provide proof of citizenship as part of the hiring and security clearance process.

What You Will Bring:

  • Ability to retrieve, analyze, and report transition related data.
  • Experience with data monitoring and performance tracking.
  • Ability to prepare analytical briefings and written reports.
  • Knowledge of TAP, VOW Act, and Career Readiness Standards preferred.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
