A well-designed network is critical to move data and enable the U.S. Army to achieve its mission. As a network engineer on our team, you’ll help the U.S. Army build and maintain a reliable network to support critical training missions. You’ll work with soldiers, other SMEs, and users to learn the strategic goals and operational needs that shape network requirements. You’ll then plan the acquisition, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network components.
From resolving interoperability issues across platforms to supporting the acquisition of hardware, you’ll put your hardware and software talents to good use. This is your chance to grow your skills in network design, maintenance, and administration while continuing to grow your network engineering experience. - Experience researching and recommending network and server hardware and software for large complex networks, developing, maintaining, and implementing network support, and archiving procedures
- Experience installing, designing, configuring, and maintaining system hardware and software
- Experience implementing and managing network policies, procedures, and standards, and enforcing security procedures
- Experience monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating hardware, software, and network problems
- Ability to meet with clients to plan, analyze, design, and test computer applications to ensure software and applications adhere to the organizational plan
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and up to 12 hours a day outside of normal work hours
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Security+, CCNP, CCNA‑Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP Certification
- Experience administering accounts, creating organizational units, mapping users and computers, and assisting with creating or managing group policies within Active Directory
- Experience configuring, managing, and maintaining virtual servers, networks, and connected clients using VMware vSphere
- Experience using and configuring Cisco switches
- Experience with setting up, networking, troubleshooting, and use of Army Mission Command Information Systems
- Experience with setting up, networking, and troubleshooting of Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC)

Secret clearance is required.
Projected compensation range: $61,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in the company’s benefit programs.
