Program Data And Reporting Analyst; Ky

Axyde Analytics, LLC is seeking a Program Data and Reporting Analyst for an anticipated U.S. Army Casualty Administrative Support Services contract at Fort Knox.

The analyst will provide workload visibility, staffing analysis, performance reporting and management decision support.

• Compile workload, staffing, vacancy, turnover, backlog and completion data.
• Produce monthly status reports and Government-required Excel deliverables.
• Measure timeliness, accuracy, rework and corrective-action status.
• Reconcile data across approved systems and source records.
• Develop management dashboards and workload forecasts.
• Identify anomalies, bottlenecks and staffing risks.
• Maintain data definitions and calculation documentation.
• Protect casualty, personnel and family information.
• Support Program Manager and Government briefings.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting experience.
• Experience with federal program analytics, workload forecasting or performance measurement.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, DCIPS or comparable case-management systems is desirable.
• Strong data-quality, reconciliation and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate operational data into clear recommendations.
• Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required background investigation and Common Access Card.

This position is contingent upon contract award. Final duties, compensation, qualifications and start date will depend upon the resulting solicitation and award.
