Salary Range: $20.29 To $20.29 Hourly

The Warehouse Specialist performs a variety of warehousing duties including the following: verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations. The Warehouse Specialist is also responsible for storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials, and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.

Working in extreme climate change and operating equipment in tight enclosed space.

• Verifying items such as, but not limited to, materials, merchandise, stock against receiving documents. materials/stock.
• Note and report discrepancies and obvious damages.
• Ability to maintain FIFO/LIFO for food products.
• Route materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods.
• Maintain accuracy and inventory items such, as but not limited to, materials, merchandise, stock.
• Examine stored materials and report deterioration and damage.
• Complete temperature checks as directed.
• Remove material from storage and prepare it for shipment.
• Operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.
• Keep records and compile stock reports.
• Ensure all requirements are processed accurately and timely.
• Use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
• Work in extreme climate change.
• Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to adjust to new or changing instructions.
• Must be able to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time.
• Performs other duties in accordance with requirements as directed.

• Required to walk, stand, sit, and move about the property for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Required to performs physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs and moving the entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, stooping to handle materials.
• Ability to work in climate change atmosphere.
• Indoor/Outdoor; exposure to external environmental conditions possible.
• Noise level can range from minimal to intense.
• PPE will be worn in designated areas as required.

• Must possess and present a valid state Real I.D. Driver’s License.
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak, write, read, understand English, and follow written/verbal directions.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to certify and maintain certifications and licenses as required.
• Must be a self-starter; able to work as a team or independently, with limited supervision.
• Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to adjust to new or changing instructions.
• Must be able to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time.
• Must be able to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate requirements, sometimes under short notice, to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Overtime may be required.
• Employee must complete timesheets daily, ensuring accurate data, both manually and via required
• Must have warehousing experience.
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to fulfill obligations.
• Must pass MHE testing and maintain licenses.
• Must be customer-service oriented.
• Must be able to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Overtime may be required.
• Employee must complete timesheets daily, ensuring accurate data, both manually and via required system.
• Must submit to and pass random drug and/or alcohol testing.
• Must perform other duties in accordance with requirements as directed.

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass the National Agency Background Check and obtain computer access.
• May be required to obtain a CAC
