A​/R & Collections Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Collections professional to join their team. This is a confidential replacement hire reporting directly to the A/R Manager and offers strong visibility within the organization. • Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and collections processes.
• Oversee billing functions and ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
• Review and analyze aging reports to proactively address outstanding balances.
• Reconcile and review credit card statements and payment records.
• Communicate directly with high-level clients regarding outstanding balances, including accounts exceeding $500K.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers to facilitate timely collections.
• Demonstrate leadership and initiative in resolving complex collection matters.

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Billing.
• Proven experience managing aging reports and high‑balance accounts.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and reconciliation procedures.
• 2‑year college degree required;
  Accounting degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with Certinia software highly preferred.
