Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Collections professional to join their team. JobFunction
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and collections processes.
- Oversee billing functions and ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
- Review and analyze aging reports to proactively address outstanding balances.
- Reconcile and review credit card statements and payment records.
- Communicate directly with high-level clients regarding outstanding balances, including accounts exceeding $500K.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers to facilitate timely collections.
- Demonstrate leadership and initiative in resolving complex collection matters.
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Billing.
- Proven experience managing aging reports and high‑balance accounts.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and reconciliation procedures.
- 2‑year college degree required;
Accounting degree strongly preferred. - Experience with Certinia software highly preferred.
