• Own the full accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely month‑end and year‑end closes, as well as reporting to the parent company
• Lead and develop a capable team including an AR Supervisor, AP Accountant, and GL Accountant
• Drive the implementation and enhancement of FP&A and reporting tools (Prophix, Power BI, etc.), shifting manual tasks into automated, scalable processes
  
  Produce clear, actionable financial and operational reporting for both U.S. operations and emerging international growth
• Provide technical accounting guidance and lead process improvements that strengthen audit readiness and ongoing compliance

• At least five years of supervisory accounting experience with a hands‑on leadership approach
• Strong expertise in fixed asset management and technical accounting
• A proven track record of improving processes or implementing financial systems (ERP, Prophix, Power BI, or similar tools)
• Experience with inventory accounting in a manufacturing or product‑based environment
