Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

Role Description

This position will oversee day-to-day accounting operations while supporting financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. This role is hands-on and highly visible, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, strengthening internal controls, and providing financial insight to support continued growth.

• Maintain and oversee daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports with supporting analysis
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies
• Manage chargebacks, disputes, and payment issue resolution
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized accounting procedures and internal controls
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and management to align financial planning with business objectives
• Assist with year-end close, audits, and tax preparation as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP), procedures, and tax laws
• Experience managing A/R, A/P, reconciliations, and close processes
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
• CPA certification preferred, but not required

$75,000 annual salary with opportunity for growth based on performance and business expansion.
