Senior Project Accountant

Location: Lauderdale Lakes, FL

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000

• Managing all project accounting responsibilities as a sole contributor
• Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparing journal entries
• Monitoring cash flow and ensuring that financial data is complete and accurate
• Leading the month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
• Preparing accurate financial reports that support ongoing projects
• Identifying gaps and implementing improvements to streamline accounting and reporting processes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Minimum of 5 years of construction accounting experience, ideally in a project‑based or job‑cost‑driven environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Ability to travel to Doral once per month
