Qualifications:
- Reconcile general ledger, bank statements, and balance sheet accounts.
- Analyze financial data related to construction projects.
- Prepare monthly draws and reporting for all projects.
- Maintain compliance with project cost control and accounting standards.
- Use Microsoft Office, Excel, Sage 300, Quick Books, and HCSS.
- Have prior experience in construction accounting.
