Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
I'm partnering with a growing accounting and advisory firm seeking a Staff Accountant with approximately 2 years of experience.
This opportunity offers exposure to both tax and general accounting while working directly with individuals and small business clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare individual and business tax returns
- Assist with tax planning and compliance
- Perform bookkeeping and general accounting functions
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain and update client financial records
- Communicate directly with clients to gather financial information
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Assist with consulting and advisory engagements
- 2+ years of accounting experienc
- Public accounting experience preferred but not require
- Experience preparing individual and business tax return
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practice
- Ultra Tax experience is a plu
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitie
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline
- Compensation up to $75,000 based on experience
