HNW Senior Tax Manager - Hybrid

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

A Senior Tax Manager in our High-Net-Worth Tax practice will work closely with individual clients to support the effective transition of wealth across generations. The role combines technical tax expertise, client advisory, and team leadership. Our clients are primarily multi-generational family offices.

• Prepare and review highly complex tax returns—including individual, fiduciary, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit filings—while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Evaluate tax strategies across individuals, trusts, and estates from multiple perspectives to maximize tax efficiency.
• Lead and review staff work to ensure compliance with firm standards, processes, and deadlines.
• Partner with clients to develop comprehensive wealth transition strategies, including cash flow modeling, income distribution planning, business succession, estate preservation, and estate plan implementation.
• Review and interpret legal documents related to estate planning and business succession.
• Conduct technical research on individual, trust, and estate tax compliance and planning matters.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members through ongoing feedback, recognition, and support.
• Manage client relationships by proactively identifying planning opportunities and delivering value-added solutions.
• Contribute to business development efforts through prospect identification, proposal and engagement preparation, industry research, and participation in networking and professional events.
