Nex Cure is seeking a Director of Finance and Corporate Controller to build the accounting and finance function from the ground up, reporting to the CEO and fractional CFO as the company scales. This is a founding role with ownership of the financial plan and processes.
You will lead the close, consolidation across MSO/PC structures, revenue-cycle accounting for high-cost therapies, and the first financial statement audit, while building a high-performing accounting team in a healthcare setting.
