CAR-T and other advanced cell therapies save lives — but today, only a handful of academic hospitals can deliver them. Nex Cure is changing that, bringing hospital-grade care into community-based outpatient clinics so patients can get life‑saving treatment closer to home.

We're looking for a Director of Finance and Corporate Controller to build our accounting and finance function from the ground up. This isn't a maintain‑the‑status‑quo controllership — it's a founding role. You'll own the financial aspects and the forward plan, working directly with our CEO and fractional CFO as we scale outpatient cell therapy delivery across multiple states.

• Monthly/quarterly/annual close and consolidation across a multi‑entity MSO/PC structure
• Revenue cycle accounting for high‑cost cell therapy — payer receivables, reserves, and drug cost accounting
• Cash, treasury, and 13‑week forecasting
• The company's first‑ever financial statement audit and internal controls buildout
• ERP selection and implementation (Sage Intacct, Net Suite, or similar)
• Budgeting, rolling forecasts, board/investor reporting, and KPI dashboards
• Building and leading the accounting team as we grow

• CPA, with a public accounting foundation plus in‑house leadership at a multi‑site healthcare provider (physician group, MSO/DSO, oncology or specialty care)
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 3+ in a controllership/assistant controller role
• Multi‑entity consolidation and PC/MSO accounting expertise
• Healthcare revenue cycle know‑how — payer receivables, contractual allowances, high‑cost drug accounting
• A builder's mindset — comfortable being both architect and operator, no task too small
