Miami-based, PE-backed specialty services company is seeking a Corporate Controller to help build and scale its finance function during a period of significant growth. This newly created role reports directly to the CFO and will oversee accounting operations, strengthen processes and controls, develop the accounting team, and support future acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
- Ideal candidates have 8-20 years of progressive accounting/controllership experience, a CPA or progress toward certification.
- Strong track record of implementing systems and improving processes.
- PE-backed experience is highly preferred, while project accounting experience and Spanish fluency are pluses.
This is a 5-day in-office role in Miami.
