Part-Time Bookkeeper

Part-Time (around 18-20 hours per week)

A-lumination Electric is a busy, growing electrical contracting company that takes pride in doing quality work for our customers. We're looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to help us keep our finances organized and running smoothly. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and being part of a hardworking team, we'd love to hear from you!

• Keep our books up to date – recording invoices, payments, and expenses
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Assist with payroll and make sure things are recorded correctly
• Prepare simple financial reports so we know where things stand
• Work with our owner and outside accountant for taxes and end-of-year reports

• Experience using Quick Books Desktop
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
• A friendly attitude and good communication skills
• Experience working with contractors or small businesses

• Part-time: about 18-20 hours per week (flexible days and hours) in office
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
