We are working with a growing real estate organization looking to add an experienced accounting professional to its team. This is a hands-on opportunity with exposure to a diverse portfolio and continued growth.
What we're looking for:- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Commercial real estate/property accounting experience required
- Multifamily experience with exposure to CAM reconciliations
- Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting and variance analysis
- Knowledge of CAM, tenant billings, expense recoveries and property-level accounting
- Yardi or similar property accounting software preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
