• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently, averaging up to 100 invoices per day
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and statement reviews
• Execute three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
• Manage purchasing card transactions and related documentation
• Monitor and maintain the AP inbox, ensuring timely resolution of vendor inquiries
• Support month-end accounting activities and AP reporting requirements

• 3+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Experience in the construction industry or with Coins is a plus+
