Bookkeeper – Fort Lauderdale, FL

Growing Accounting, Bookkeeping & Fractional CFO Firm

We're a fast-growing accounting, bookkeeping, and fractional CFO firm serving small businesses throughout the region, and we're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.

About the Role

You'll manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of small business clients, ensuring accurate, timely financial records in Quick Books. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants room to grow — we're expanding quickly and promote from within.

Requirements

• Quick Books Desktop and Quick Books Online certification required

• Ability to Demonstrate Strong Microsoft Excel Skills

• Strong Technical Skills with Modern Virtual Meeting Tools such as Zoom/Teams

• Experience Using AI Tools such as ChatGPT/Claude/Grok

• Prior bookkeeping experience (public accounting or bookkeeping firm experience a plus)

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

• Professional demeanor and strong client communication skills

• Driven, with a desire to grow within a fast-paced firm

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Fully proficient in English

• Reliable transportation required

Work Arrangement

Location:

Downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL

• First few months: in-office for training and orientation

• After onboarding: primarily remote, with occasional in-office days

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $25/hour but will increase rapidly based on experience and performance
