Inter Marine is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our dealership and provide essential administrative support to our team.

Answer customers' inquiry regarding products or services.

You will also undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional, organized and with exceptional people skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently; take accurate messages when necessary.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and internal correspondence.
  • Maintain the front desk area to be clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Ensure all customer areas remain tidy and clean at all times, including keeping the coffee station and water refrigerator fully stocked.
  • Support administrative functions such as scanning, filing, and document preparation.
  • Provide general support for special projects for other departments as needed.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining online listings for boat inventory (basic photo uploads, descriptions, updates).
  • Stay up to date with new products.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and send it to administration.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and web navigation).
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with boats, boating terms, or the marine industry is a plus.
  • Multilingual is a plus

Salary: $18 per hour
