Caviar & Caviar USA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
What You’ll Do- Answer and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages
- Prepare invoices and manage billing using Quick Books
- Organize digital and physical files in accordance with office procedures
- Manage email correspondence and process customer orders
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc office support as needed
- Quick Books and/or invoicing experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Work with a premium food and luxury goods company
