Location: Hybrid | 3 days per week in person
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience | Contract role
About the RoleRevolt Financial is seeking a high-energy Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs, proactively manages priorities, and brings structure to dynamic workflows. The right candidate is organized, resilient, comfortable managing up, and capable of juggling multiple moving pieces without losing momentum. This is a hands‑on, high-accountability position where responsiveness, judgment, and follow-through matter.
What You’ll Do:- Provide administrative and project support across multiple business verticals, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized and focused on high-leverage priorities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, scheduling flow, and follow-through
- Anticipate needs and prepare materials in advance of meetings, including preparing briefs, pre-call notes, and post-meeting action tracking
- Serve as a communication liaison across internal teams and external partners
- Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure execution stays on track
- Support CRM oversight and maintain data integrity within systems
- Assist with the coordination of recruiting, marketing, and insurance vertical initiatives
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and time-sensitive follow-ups
- 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, founder, or leadership team
- Confidently manages up, anticipates needs, and prioritizes what matters
- Brings structure, follow-through, and accountability in a fast-moving environment
- Highly comfortable working independently, while staying responsive and reliable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across leadership, internal teams, and external partners
- Operates with discretion, sound judgment, and remains calm under pressure
- Comfortable leveraging CRM systems, project management platforms, automation, and AI-enabled software such as Canva to drive productivity and streamline workflows
- Prior financial services, recruiting, or entrepreneurial exposure is preferred
- Work directly alongside a founder, building a national advisor platform with remote flexibility
- Gain exposure to recruiting, insurance, marketing, and operations within one growth-focused company
- Operate in a fast-moving environment where initiative and ownership are valued
