Document Processing / ERP Coordinator

We are partnering with a well-established, 30-year manufacturing company in Fort Lauderdale that specializes in custom fabric solutions and window treatments for the hospitality industry. This organization works with hotels and design firms nationwide and operates in a fast-paced, project-driven environment where precision and accountability matter.

This is not a high-speed data entry role. This position requires someone analytical, meticulous, and highly detail-oriented who takes pride in accuracy and catching inconsistencies before they become problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret detailed field measurements from installers

• Accurately transfer and input data into the company's ERP system

• Read and interpret design firm specifications

• Cross-reference measurements against specifications to ensure alignment

• Identify discrepancies and use strong common-sense judgment to resolve issues

• Coordinate across documentation to ensure project accuracy

Ideal Background:

• Mortgage package preparer

• Loan processor

• Document processor

• Contracts administrator

• Construction or manufacturing document coordination experience

• Extremely detail-driven and analytical

• Comfortable reviewing technical specifications
