TEAM SCG is a leading branded merchandise and promotional products distributor helping enterprise clients bring their brands to life through custom merchandise, eCommerce programs, and fulfillment solutions.

We’re seeking an energetic, detail-driven, and highly organized Receptionist to support both reception/front-office operations and day-to-day business functions across the company. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests, employees, and internal teams while also assisting with operational and administrative processes related to order management, documentation, data reconciliation, and general office support.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable balancing hospitality-focused responsibilities with process-driven administrative work. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clerical Support:
    Greet andassistguests,answerand direct all phone calls,sort and distribute mail,prepare documents.
  • Scheduling and Hospitality:
    Coordinate travel, meetings,events,and appointments;managereservations,order food,and prepare office space for visitors.
  • Office Maintenance:
    Maintain office supplies and inventory; coordinate office equipment and facility maintenance.
  • Production andOrder

    Processing:
    Support order processing, auditing, production tasks, and fulfillment as needed.
  • Documentation and Data Management:
    Assist with documentation, data reconciliation, and record-keeping.
  • Employee Recognition:
    Facilitatebirthday cards, anniversary gifts, weekly calendars and the monthly company newsletter.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    This jobsummaryis not exhaustive, andadditionalduties may be assigned to support company goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools required.
  • Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates good discernment and sound judgment when prioritizing tasks, handling sensitive information, interacting with leadership, and navigating day-to-day operational needs.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Ability to be both proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
