Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 position; typically 35 to 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 30 hours per week
Schedule: Hybrid. Typically 3 to 4 in-person days per week when the CEO is in town, with flexibility for remote administrative work when appropriate. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required based on travel, events, or time-sensitive priorities.
Compensation: $35 to $40 per hour, based on experience

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and tech‑forward Executive & Personal Assistant to support the CEO across executive priorities, business operations, communication, travel, special projects, and high‑importance follow‑through. This is first and foremost an executive support role, with select personal coordination and operational support included to reduce friction, protect focus, and maintain momentum.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, exceptional with details, highly discreet, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities. This role centers on coordination, execution, and operational continuity, supported by strong systems, sound judgment, and smart use of outside resources. At times, the role will also require occasional light hands‑on support to help keep spaces organized, presentable, and running smoothly, particularly around travel, guests, events, or other high‑priority moments.
