Job Summary
We are seeking detail‑oriented Clerical Support and Quality Assurance Specialists for a 6‑week temporary onsite assignment in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role supports election operations within a public sector environment and is ideal for candidates who are highly accurate, organized, dependable, and comfortable working with sensitive records. The Clerical Support role offers the opportunity to contribute to important community‑focused operations while working with a professional team that values accuracy, confidentiality, productivity, and collaboration.
Candidates who enjoy structured processes, records review, data entry, and administrative support will be well positioned for success in this assignment.
- Review voter registration applications, Vote‑by‑Mail requests, voter record updates, correspondence, reports, and other election‑related documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Compare, verify, reconcile, and validate information using internal systems, records, databases, and supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, duplicate records, or processing errors and escalate items for review or correction.
- Enter, update, verify, organize, file, retrieve, and maintain electronic and paper records with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform quality assurance reviews while meeting established productivity, quality, confidentiality, and data integrity standards.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and coworkers regarding processing questions, record issues, and quality assurance findings.
- Pay: $20 per hour.

Onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL. - Schedule may include extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed to support election operations.
