Administrative Assistant | Full-Time | Fort Lauderdale, FL

Ace Recovery Group is a growing commercial debt collection agency specializing in the recovery of merchant cash advances (MCA), business loans, and other commercial receivables.

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and wants to become an integral part of a growing company.

About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our operations team and ensuring our cases move efficiently through every stage of the collection process. You'll assist with front-end operations, data entry, case management, and preparing outgoing correspondence, while providing administrative support to multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with front-end office operations and daily workflow
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain case records
  • Help manage case flow to ensure files are processed efficiently
  • Package, prepare, and label legal notices, restraints, and outgoing mail
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
  • Provide administrative support to account managers, legal staff, and management
  • Assist with general office tasks and special projects as needed
