Job Summary

The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program helps children get the financial support they need and deserve, promoting more stable childhoods and brighter futures.   • Preparing agendas, notes, and materials for meetings, conferences, and training
  • Providing administrative support
  • Compiling reports
  • Assisting with personnel paperwork
  • Processing purchases and travel
  • Assisting the Budget Coordinator
Minimum Requirements
  • One year of experience in higher level administrative work. *
  • Experience purchasing and/or managing supply inventories.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Special Notes
  • This is a full-time position, standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
  • This role is eligible for partial telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.

Salary

$34,760.04 – $52,205.04 / annually
