Primary PurposeContributes to the university's success by providing administrative services and/or coordinating activities for College of Pharmacy's assigned department. Supports the Associate Dean, Research, and Assistant Dean, Pharmacy Services.

Essential Job Functions- Clerical – Thorough knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Customer and Personal Service – Thorough knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; data entry skills;
Internet research abilities. - General knowledge of office practices and procedures (e.g., filing, answering telephones, and supply/equipment ordering).
