Location

About the Role

Med Supply US is a healthcare company that helps patients receive continuous glucose monitors (CGM) and diabetes medical supplies
.

We are looking for a dependable Medical Referral Coordinator to help manage incoming patient referrals and collect required documentation from doctors’ offices.

Many members of our team work remotely, so this role is important to ensure our Fort Lauderdale office is staffed and operations run smoothly during business hours
.

Our office is located near I-595 and I-95 in Fort Lauderdale
.

This is a calm office environment
, and we are primarily looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with doctors’ offices
.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and manage patient referrals from doctors’ offices.
  • Contact physician offices to request medical documentation when needed.
  • Send and receive documents via fax or secure email.
  • Track documentation requests and follow up when records are missing.
  • Update patient information in internal systems.
  • Communicate with internal team members regarding referral status.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable speaking with doctors’ offices and medical staff.
  • Able to keep track of documentation and follow up when needed.
  • Comfortable working independently in a quiet office environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a medical office.
  • Experience handling patient referrals or medical records.
  • Familiarity with insurance or medical documentation.
  • Experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate.
Additional Details
  • In-office position.
  • Monday through Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
  • Relaxed office environment.
