Law Firm Receptionist Position

Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood, FL

Our client, a busy law firm in the Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood area, is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to join their team in a temporary, potentially temp-to-hire capacity. This is a full‑time, on‑site opportunity.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, on‑site.

Salary: $18–22 hr, commensurate with experience. The firm offers benefits after probationary period, including Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) with matching.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Answer and route calls on a multi‑line phone system.
• Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism.
• Maintain the reception area and conference rooms.
• Schedule consultations and appointments, assisting with client follow‑up tasks.
• Process incoming mail, scan documents, and upload files into the firm’s litigation management system.
• Provide general administrative support, including scanning and copying.
• Assist with other office duties as needed.

• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Previous law firm receptionist experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or legal practice software is an advantage.
