The Front Desk Staff role at TREMBLE is a part-time, on-site position based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting clients, checking them in for classes, managing bookings and memberships, and handling walk-in and phone inquiries. The role involves processing payments, maintaining accurate records in studio software, and ensuring that the reception and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
Front Desk Staff coordinate with instructors and studio management to support class schedules and address client needs promptly. This position also assists with basic administrative tasks, promotes studio offerings, and helps deliver a positive, professional experience to every visitor.
- Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and warmly with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess receptionist duties and phone etiquette skills, including managing calls, scheduling, and front desk operations.
- Candidates should possess computer literacy skills, including comfort with booking systems, email, and basic office software.
- Reliable time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or fitness studio experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Interest in health, wellness, or fitness and a commitment to creating an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
