Our subsidiary company, Absolute of Americas is searching for a full-time Administrative Assistant.

Absolute of Americas is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our award-winning team for processing suppliers’ orders and bills matching into accounting system, providing accounting and clerical support to the headquarters office accounting and marketing departments, use of Quick Books bookkeeping software, spreadsheets and databases.

• must have ability to produce accurate work and possess strong attention to detail.
• excellent time management skills and activities schedule, ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work.
• 5+ years’ administrative/accounting experience.
• bi-lingual (Italian) as a plus.
• strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
• Must be a Team Player.
• occasional attendance at boat shows in Florida & at the company headquarters in Italy may be required
